Opito Bay Kelp Sea Salt and Herb Crusted Grilled Fish
Ingredients:
4 fish fillets (such as salmon, gurnard or snapper)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
½ cup bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
Olive oil
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, kelp sea salt, the chopped herbs, minced garlic, lemon zest, and a drizzle of olive oil to form a paste. Rub the herb paste evenly over each fish fillet. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes per side or until it’s cooked through and has a crispy herb crust. Sprinkle an extra pinch of natural sea salt over the grilled fish just before serving. The kelp sea salt enhances the natural flavours of the fish and complements the aromatic herbs.
